At BodySnack Studio, it is our intention to encourage people to understand and enjoy living in their own unique body. The Pilates technique is a movement practice that works holistically to help people to feel more centered, stronger, flexible and aligned. Whether you are recuperating from an injury, maintaining great health, cross training, pre or post natal, training for your next athletic adventure or work at a desk all day, the Pilates technique is designed to meet you where you are! We offer classes on classical style Pilates equipment and on the mats with weights, rollers, balls and bands to enhance and/or support as you develop your practice!
