Private Session 55 minutes

One on one detailed work, focusing on your body's specific needs with an emphasis on proper technique and alignment in the Pilates Method. Especially for those who are rehabilitating, looking for refined specific training, have never experienced Classic Pilates, need a refresher or just love individual sessions!

Duet Apparatus Session 55 minutes

We can either place you with the best partner for the optimal workout flow and/or you can pair up with a friend or family member. Either way it is most often best to be at a similar experience level in order to have a more tempo oriented, vigorous class on the various apparatus.

Trio Apparatus Session 55 minutes

Trio Apparatus on the Reformers, Towers and mat, weights, rollers etc... an energizing workout for clients with prior apparatus experience.
